During the first 2 weeks of the Modifast Intensive program, you consume 4 Modifast Intensive LCD meal replacements per day. It is important to drink plenty of water, at least 2 liters per day. From the third week, you gradually switch from Modifast Intensive LCD meal replacements to healthy and calorie-restricted meals. After the sixth week, you fully transition to balanced and healthy meals.
