Ingredients
Cod liver oil (FISH), beef gelatin (capsule), glycerol, dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), natural tocopherol (antioxidant), vanilla flavor, retinyl palmitate (vitamin A), cholecalciferol (vitamin D).

Usage
Take 2-4 capsules once a day with water and swallow, preferably during a meal.
For adults and children who can swallow capsules whole.
Also recommended for pregnant women and women who are breastfeeding.
