Quercus Magnerelax
Quercus MagneRelax® contains magnesium from 4 sources. This allows magnesium to be absorbed in 4 phases along the gastrointestinal tract. Magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium glycerophosphate, a patented magnesium acetyltaurinate (ATA Mg®), and magnesium from seawater, which has a very complex composition (Aquamin®Mg).
In addition, MagneRelax® is supplemented with vitamin B6, B9 (folate), and B12.
To ensure optimal absorption of B vitamins, only active forms are used. These are directly usable for action in the body, without any metabolism. This complex contains Quatrefolic® instead of folic acid, a 4th generation folate form (5-MTHF).
Magnesium supports the proper functioning of the nervous system, energy-yielding metabolism, and muscle function.
Folate supports psychological functions such as stress resistance.
Vitamin B6 and B12 (MecobalActive®, a very pure form of methylcobalamin) contribute to the reduction of fatigue.

Usage
1 to 2 tablets per day with a meal.
