Magnesium malate is a very well-absorbed form of magnesium.

Organically bound magnesium such as magnesium malate is better absorbed than inorganic forms of magnesium such as magnesium chloride, magnesium hydroxide, and magnesium sulfate.

Magnesium malate is a compound of magnesium and malic acid.

Usage
Take 1 to 2 grams per day dissolved in a glass of water or other cold drink. Preferably after a meal.

This dietary supplement is not suitable for children under 3 years.

Storage instructions
Store dry, dark, and at room temperature (15-25°C).
