Ingredients

Usage
Take 1 tablet per day. Preferably in the morning with breakfast. Stick to the recommended dosage. Not suitable for children up to and including 3 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.

Ashwagandha:
Be cautious when using thyroid medications.
