At the end of an active day, the Multi Night Woman Sport provides further support for your lifestyle. Important nutrients in the night formula are the fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) and calcium from red algae. Additionally, ginger root and passionflower should not be missing in the night variant.

The Multi Night Sport Woman contains a vitamin D dosage of 20 mcg. Therefore, outside of the winter months, it is often not necessary to supplement this vitamin separately alongside the Multi Day & Night Woman Sport.

With calcium from red algae
Red algae have a unique structure that allows them to absorb minerals from seawater, including a significant amount of calcium. This calcium-rich algae is aptly named chalk weed in English.
