Ingredients
Minerals (calcium, magnesium, silicon) filler (microcrystalline cellulose [cellulosegel]), rapeseed oil (Brassica napus), vitamins (D3, K2), glazing agents (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerol, hydroxypropylcellulose), anti-caking agents (calcium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide).

Use
Take 1 tablet twice a day with a meal and water or as advised.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

This dietary supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years (legally required mention for products with more than 20 mcg of vitamin D per daily dosage).

Note:
The vitamin K in this product makes it unsuitable for simultaneous use with coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon). These medications are also known as vitamin K antagonists, and their effectiveness is reduced by the intake of vitamin K from food and supplements.
